About Me

My name is Savannah Blevins and I'm a small town Kentucky girl living out my dream of sharing my crazy imagination with the world.

Hello.

I grew up in the mountains, miles away from anything in a little corner of the world that no many people even realize exists. It was fabulous. I spent my summers exploring the valleys with my Dad, and building secret forts with my cousins. My Big Mommy taught me how to make Black Berry Dumplings, and my Mom told me wonderful bedtime stories.

I graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 2007 with my Bachelor's Degree in Communication Disorders. That summer I married my best friend, and we moved eight hours away from everyone we knew to continue our education at The University of Mississippi.

Still to this day, I think it was the best decision we've ever made. We made new friends that we will love and cherish for the rest of our lives. We traveled—everywhere. We learned how to make it on our own and how to have fun even with our noses stuck in a book.

I graduated with my Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology in 2009, and John received his Law Degree in 2010. We loved Mississippi so much that we decided to stay another year and enjoy our newly wed adventures just a little longer.

We moved back to Kentucky in 2011 and started a family. We are insanely blessed with two amazing daughters, Delilah Reagan and Gracie Juliet. They keep us busy, but we enjoy every minute of it.

Life is great.

I work full-time as a Speech Langauge Pathologist, and manage my writing career while enjoying life a mom of two pre-schoolers.

It's a busy but wonderful life. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you enjoy one of my books!
